There is currently a coalition of animal protection groups who are moving a bill to address that problem through the state legislature. Just ran into a woman on Halliday who was posting flyers. She found an older black female dog with a slight limp on Jan. 17th near Roosevelt High.
Her # is 265-7333. She’s taking the dog to the vet tomorrow to see if there is a microchip. Please pass this on to who you can- the woman doesn’t live in the area & needs help getting the word out.
